Supervisory Board

AIESEC in Thailand's Supervisory Board was set up in November 2006 replacing the previous Board of Advisors. The Supervisory Board has its first meeting with the Member Committee in February 2007 where the following was agreed upon as the role of the Supervisory Board

Role of the Supervisory Board

- Assist the Member Committee with its Strategic & Operational Plans, and its Budget.
- Hold the Member Committee Accountable to its plan and the National Plan
- Report to the Membership and other stakeholders on the progress & performance of AIESEC in Thailand
- Provide advice and contacts to AIESEC in Thailand
To fulfill this role the Supervisory Board is expected to meet quarterly with the Member Committee according to the following meeting Schedule,

May/June - Reviewing past year plan and presenting National Plan
Aug/Sept - New Member Committee Presents its plan and budget
Nov/Dec - Mid-term review of National Plan and Member Committee Plan
Fe/Marc - Input to National Planning
